1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  RIGHT

Exclusive Proprietary Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on this Site—including but not limited to our signature 3D hand-embroidery patterns, original motifs, garment silhouettes, artistic illustrations, logos, brand photography, and website copy—are the exclusive intellectual property of Leo Scorpio and are protected by Indian and International copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
 Strict Prohibition of Replication: Our designs are the result of extensive artisanal labor and creative innovation. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, mimicking, or recreating any of our designs, embroidery styles, or motifs under any circumstances. This includes using our work as "inspiration" to create derivative products for commercial gain.
 Mandatory Legal Action for Infringement: Leo Scorpio maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward design plagiarism. If any individual, brand, or third-party entity is found to be copy-pasting our designs, utilizing our proprietary motifs without authorization, or infringing upon our intellectual property in any manner, we will immediately initiate strict legal proceedings.
 Civil and Criminal Liability: Intellectual property theft will be met with both civil lawsuits (for damages and lost profits) and criminal complaints under the Copyright Act and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) laws. All legal costs incurred by Leo Scorpio in pursuing such actions will be recoverable from the infringing party.
 Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes regarding the infringement of our intellectual property shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Valsad, Gujarat.

2. ARTISANAL MANUFACTURING & DESIGN FIDELITY

Handcrafted Uniqueness & Manual Execution: Leo Scorpio is an artisanal slow-fashion label. Every garment is a unique work of art, created through meticulous manual processes including 3D hand-embroidery, hand-painting, and artisanal textile techniques. Because we consciously avoid mass-production machinery, you acknowledge and accept that no two pieces are 100% identical.

 Inherent Design Variations: Due to the "Human Touch" involved in our production, there will be slight variations in embroidery motifs, pattern density, thread-work tension, and the specific placement of elements compared to the reference images displayed on our website. These subtle differences are not considered manufacturing defects; rather, they are the soulful signatures of authentic hand-craftsmanship that distinguish a luxury handmade garment from a factory-made product.

Organic Fabric Characteristics: We utilize premium natural fiber including Pure Linen, Cotton-Linen, and Handloom Khadi. You acknowledge that natural textiles may possess slight irregularities such as "slubs" (tiny bumps in the weave) or subtle variations in texture and shade. These are not flaws but inherent characteristics of high-quality organic fabrics.

 Technical Representation & Colour Fidelity: We have made every effort to display the colours and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your electronic device's screen settings and calibration. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour or fabric detail will be a 100% accurate representation of the physical product.

Finality of Artisanal Design: By placing an order, you confirm your understanding of our artisanal process. Leo Scorpio reserves the right to make minor artistic adjustments to the embroidery or motif placement during production to best suit the specific size of the garment ordered, ensuring the aesthetic integrity of the design

3. GARMENT CARE & MAINTENANCE PROTOCOLS

Recommended Care: Due to the intricate 3D hand-embroidery and premium natural fibers, we highly recommend Professional Dry Clean Only to maintain the garment’s original structure and finish.

 Gentle Hand Wash: If dry cleaning is not possible, the garment may be hand-washed gently in cold water using a mild, pH-neutral detergent. Do not soak the garment for extended periods.

 No Scrubbing or Brushing: You must not use a brush, abrasive sponge, or apply any intense manual friction to the embroidered motifs. Scrubbing will cause the threads to fray, pull, or detach. Leo Scorpio is not liable for damage caused by aggressive washing.

 Drying & Ironing: Do not wring or twist the garment to remove water. Air dry in the shade (avoid direct sunlight). Never iron directly on the 3D embroidery; always iron on the reverse side (inside-out) on a low-heat setting.

Prohibited Methods: Under no circumstances should the garment be machine-washed, tumble-dried, or bleached. Mechanical agitation will permanently ruin the 3D motif structure.

Liability Disclaimer: By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for following these care instructions. Leo Scorpio is not liable for any shrinkage, colour bleeding, or embroidery damage resulting from improper washing techniques.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND  PRICES

Price Volatility: Prices for our handcrafted products are subject to change without prior notice. As an artisanal brand, our pricing depends on the market cost of premium natural fibers and the labor-intensive nature of hand-embroidery; therefore, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time to reflect these changes.
Design & Service Evolution: Leo Scorpio reserves the right at any time to modify, update, or discontinue any design, motif, or part of the Service without notice. We may retire certain embroidery patterns or introduce new variations to our collection at our sole discretion.
Right to Discontinue: We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a specific design or the Service as a whole.
Order Integrity: Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. The price applicable at the time of your order placement is the final price for that specific transaction.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the e-mail, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. You further agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
