At Leo Scorpio, we are deeply committed to the principles of Slow Fashion and ethical craftsmanship. We do not participate in mass production or "Fast Fashion" cycles that lead to environmental degradation and textile waste. To ensure a sustainable footprint and zero-waste operations, every single garment is Made-to-Order. This means your shirt does not exist on a shelf; it is crafted specifically for you only after you place your order.
2. FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA
To show our appreciation for your support of artisanal craftsmanship, Leo Scorpio offers Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges or minimum purchase requirements for domestic orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.
3. PRODUCTION TIMELINES & ARTISANAL LABOR
Because each piece involves intricate 3D hand-embroidery, hand-cutting, and manual finishing by our women artisans, the production process is time-intensive.
Standard Processing Time: Please allow 7 to 8 working days for the creation of your garment before it is ready for dispatch.
Shipping Transit Time: Once your order is handcrafted and passes our quality check, it is handed over to our premium courier partners. All the products will get shipped and delivered in 5 to 10 working days depending on your location.
4. RAW MATERIAL & FABRIC AVAILABILITY
We work exclusively with premium natural fibers (Pure Linen, Cotton-Linen, Handloom Khadi).
UNFORESEEN DELAYS:
On rare occasions, due to the artisanal nature of our fabric sourcing or delays in the hand-weaving process, certain textiles may face temporary availability issues.
PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION :
Should there be a delay of more than 2 to 3 days beyond our standard timeline due to fabric sourcing or technical artisanal challenges, our team will proactively notify you via Email or WhatsApp. We believe in complete transparency regarding the journey of your garment.

6. FORCE MAJEURE
While we strive to meet all deadlines, Leo Scorpio is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as extreme weather, logistics strikes, or state-mandated holidays. However, our support team will always assist you in tracking and receiving your order as quickly as possible.
7. ORDER TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
DISPATCH CONFIRMATION :
The moment your handcrafted parcel is handed over to the logistics team, you will receive an automated Dispatch Notification via email/SMS
REAL-TIME TRACKING:
This notification will include a unique Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner's portal, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey from our studio in Valsad to your doorstep in real-time.
