Refund policy
1. MADE TO ORDER NATURE & PREPAID MODEL
At Leo Scorpio, Every garment is "made-to-order," meaning it is handcrafted and hand-embroidered by local women artisans specifically for you only after your order is confirmed. we operate on a 100% prepaid modal and do not offer cash on delivery(COD). Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of our products, we follow a Strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy.
2. EXCHANGE
While we do not accept returns, we offer a one time size exchange facility to ensure you get the right fit.
"Premium Gift Wrap" are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Since these are personalized specifically for you, we request you to double-check your shirt size using our Size Chart before placing the order."
TIMELINE:
You must raise an size exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order via our official WhatsApp or email.
The exchange items will get shipped and delivered in 8 to 15 days after the request is made .
CONDITION:
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
AVAILABILITY:
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the fabric and design.
SINGAL ATTEMPT :
If a size exchange is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will attempt the pickup exactly once (1 Attempt).
AUTOMATIC FORFEITURE :
If the Customer is unavailable, the package is not ready, or the pickup fails for any reason during this single attempt, the exchange request will be automatically and permanently terminated. No second pickup will be arranged.
Our shirts are designed for a Relaxed fit. If you prefer a snug fit, we recommend sizing down.
3. CANCELLATION WINDOW
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the fabric is allocated and the process begins. No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted after this window.
4. DAMAGE CLAIMS
We perform a 3-layer quality check before shipping. However, in the rare event of transit damage, we will offer a replacement only if :
UNBOXING VIDEO:
A full, uncut and unedited video showing the opening of the sealed courier bag for the first time is mandatory.
TIMELINE:
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the video evidence.
The damaged product replacement will get done in 8 to10 days after the verification is done by the team end .
NO VIDEO, NO CLAIM
Without a valid unboxing video, no claims for replacement or damage will be entertained.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RECIPIENT UNAVAILABILITY
MAXIMUM DELIVERY ATTEMPTS :
Our third-party logistics partners will make a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts to the shipping address provided.
RECIPIENT RESPONSIBILITY :
It is the Customer’s responsibility to be available at the location or reachable via the provided contact number. If the delivery fails after two attempts due to the recipient being unavailable, the phone being unreachable, or the premises being locked, the parcel will be marked as Returned to Origin (RTO).
RE-SHIPPING OBLIGATIONS :
In the event of an RTO, the order will not be cancelled or refunded. If the Customer requests a re-dispatch, they are strictly liable to pay the additional shipping charges for the second transit attempt.
6. NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERIES
If a Customer refuses to accept a prepaid delivery at their doorstep, it will be treated as a voluntary abandonment of the order. Since our products are custom-made, no refunds will be issued for refused shipments.
7. ADDRESSS & CONTACT ACCURACY
INACCURATE INFORMATION :
Leo Scorpio shall not be held liable for any loss of shipment or delivery failure resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses or contact details provided by the Customer.
CORRECTION WINDOW :
Address corrections are only permitted within the 12-hour grace period after order placement. Once the order has been dispatched, no changes to the destination address will be entertained.
